Cool Cook is a colourful recipe book with fun characters, and simple fun cooking. Three characters appear on the pages – Sharlie Bumble Bee buzzes around busily; Wally Worm loves to tell interesting things; and Freddy Fish likes to talk in rhyme. Cool Cook was inspired by kids for kids, while kids were having fun cooking. The aim is for children to have fun while they are cooking and ask for assistance as they need it, rather than aimed at adults who do the cooking and have children assist them. There are drinks, snacks, yummy desserts and great mains.
